The Council meets from 9:30 am -12:00 noon on the third Friday of each month at the Ralph Ellison Library, 2000 NE 23rd Street, Oklahoma City. The meetings are open to anyone interested in Individual and Family Support in Oklahoma. Changes to the meeting schedule and location may occur. Formal Partnerships
Agencies / organizations / systems like DDSD, OSDE to move the principles into practices or policies - Ask Agency Directors how this OFSP approach can help them accomplish their work. Develop a plan and commitment Secure formal endorsement for the principles
Informal Partnerships
Disseminate the principles in communities Identify networks to assist with the disseminationProvide training/mentoring for families and professionals/service providers on operating from OFSP principles.
Identify additional partnership opportunities with trainees

Plan for State Recognition
Proclamation or Resolution on Principles With ORRN or any other entity doing the same work under the principles – all partners recognized. Family Support Day (November) Make Contact with Pruitt, Henrys
Marketing Ideas
Business cards with one principle – Distribute and promote at all meetings. Give framed principles as recognition to Governor, First Lady, Legislators, etc.
Develop certification that people pay to get - “Seal of Approval” in Family Support Mouse Pad Office Displays of Principles Data / statistics to support Public Service Announcements (PSA) by legislators, government agencies, individual family providers, etc. – endorsing benefits of principles and putting them into action. Develop a document similar to the one from Texas Use personal stories
