Surgery Grand Rounds are open meetings sponsored by the Department of Surgery.

The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 1 category 1 credit/s toward the AMA Physician Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those credit/s that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Each Surgery Grand Rounds presentation is designated for 1 credit hour of continuing medical education activity in Category I of the Physicians' Recognition Award of the American Medical Association.

Surgery Grand Rounds are held Thursdays at 7:00 A.M. at the Robert M. Bird Library, Room 299.
