Our offices are located in the Student Center, Room 301, 1106 N Stonewall. Office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

Applying for Financial Aid

Students can apply online at the by accessing the Free Application for Federal
Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.ed.gov.  The Department of Education will send the results to our office provided you enter our school code 005889 in the FAFSA section asking for school(s) you plan to attend.  Complete the FAFSA by March 1 to be considered for the best sources of federal and institutional aid.

 

Direct Deposit

The fastest and easiest way to receive any refunds after aid has been applied to your Bursar account is through Direct Deposit.  If you do not sign up for Direct Deposit, the Bursar will mail your refund check to you.  You can sign up by printing the Direct Deposit form available on our website at “Forms Online”, attaching a voided check or deposit slip, and sending it to either the Bursar Office, or Financial Aid Office.
