    1. Douglas Myers, Assistant Director - HSC Parking and Transportation
        • if you’re a patient, cal the parking office and let them know you will be parking in patient parking
        • if you forget get your pt ticket validated and mail it to him or take it to him to void ticket
        • 3 or more = towing
        • disability reserved at ALL times even at night and on weekends
        • speed limit in parking garage = 10 mph
        • after 5 pm, may park at any meter on campus as long as you have a valid parking permit
        • contractors behind on 5 story garage due to rain
        • childrens garage fnished on Tuesday then demolition of conference lot
        • loose 200 parking spaces during construction but get it back
        • academic year starts in august = 200 per academic year, 100 per semester, 12.50 for summer months
        • new bike racks

  1. Budget Application of Organization Registration – Rebecka Bourn
        • needs to be used for other outside of your organization
        • to get the money you have to register online before sept 14th
        • follow letter in your packet
        • even if you aren’t applying for money, go ahead and register your organization
        • to use rooms for meetings and get publicity
        • someone from your organization has to go to a meeting with budget committee to better understand the funding
        • part A = requirements for eligibility
        • groups from last year = you have til sept 15th to use our money and turn in your receipts

    1. All week: 7 a.m., Free breakfast, 1st floor of the DLB Student Union and free golf cart rides starting at 7:30 a.m.
    2. Tuesday, August 26: Noon, Decorate a Football cookie, 1st floor of the DLB Student Union
    3. Wednesday, August 27: Noon, Bingo with prizes, 1st floor of the DLB Student Union
    4. Thursday, August 28: Noon, OU Traditions Lunch, 1st floor of the DLB Student Union
