University Hospital Neuromuscular clinic
(Friday mornings)
This clinic is primarily for patients with peripheral nerve disease, but I also see patients with other neuromuscular diseases and general neurologic problems. I can usually do EMG (where necessary) on the same day. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 271-3635 X 37102. Other calls are handled by my clinic nurse (Carol) at 271-3635 X 37109.
Adult Muscular Dystrophy Clinic
(Monday afternoons)
This clinic is for patients with diagnoses covered by the MDA grant, including ALS, other motor neuron diseases, myopathies, muscular dystrophies, and myasthenia gravis. Appointments and general inquiries can be directed to Mary Matthew RN at 271-7079.
Diagnostic Electromyography
(Wednesdays)
Patients may be referred for nerve conduction studies and electromyography testing at University Hospital by calling 271-3635 X 37103. Studies can usually be scheduled within 1-2 weeks, and reports are faxed to the referring physician the same day the test is completed.
Diagnostic Evoked Potential Testing
Patients may be referred for diagnostic evoked potential testing with Dr. Holland at the Presbyterian Hospital by calling 271-4334.
