RESIDENCY BENEFITS PACKAGE

  • Salaries:
 Salaries are competitive with regional university training programs and are adjusted periodically.

 
  • Vacation:
 Three weeks of paid vacation are provided annually.

 
  • Meetings:
 In the PG-3 and PG-4 years, residents are allowed one meeting with expenses. Additional support is available for residents presenting posters or papers at national meetings.

 
  • Meals:
 Meals are provided when on-call.

 
  • Parking:
 Free parking is provided.

 
  • Uniforms:
 White clinical coats are provided upon entry into the program.

 
  • Malpractice Insurance:
 The Department of Neurology provides malpractice insurance for professional activities within the residency program.

 
  • Health and Dental Insurance:
 Individual health insurance is provided for residents. Family coverage is available at reasonable rates.
