The mission of the Department of Dermatology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center is to provide superior care for our patients; quality education for our medical students and residents; to be a resource in graduate medical education for the State of Oklahoma and its physicians; and, to provide a research base both in clinical and basic sciences.

The patient care component encompasses all areas of dermatology including, but not limited to, general dermatology, dermatologic surgery, pediatric dermatology, occupational dermatology, and dermatopathology. The department is committed to providing quality care in a cost-effective manner for our patients while adhering to the highest ethical standards.

OU Department of Dermatology offers private clinics in Oklahoma City, Edmond, and Enid. Additionally, we offer supervised resident clinics in Oklahoma City at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and the VA Medical Center.
