Research Interests
- Cystic fibrosis(CF) endocrinopathies, particularly CF-related diabetes and CF bone disease. I currently have seven IRB approved studies related to the study of CF-related diabetes, four of which use the GCRC. I serve as director of the adult cystic fibrosis program, and care for both adults and children with CF-related problems including growth and nutrition failure, delayed puberty, male and female hormone replacement, calcium and bone disease, and CF-related diabetes.
